One (1) Planning Officer IV
Technical Services Division
 
Job Summary:
 
Assists the Division Chief in planning, implementation and assessment of division activities: ensures the provision of technical assistance to priority agencies and subnational agencies; development, delivery, and monitoring of a comprehensive and integrated technical assistance package (CITAP) on Gender and Development (GAD) to priority agencies and institutions at the national and sub-national levels; development of GAD plans, policies and tools; creation and/or strengthening of GAD mechanisms; conduct of advocacy activities for women’s greater participation in decision making; and building of GAD networks and linkages.

Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with MA units in any of the following: Public Administration, Social Work, Economics, Women in Development or allied course
  • Civil Service Professional Eligibility
  • With technical expertise on GAD
  • With good in communication (written and oral)
  • With at least four (4) years management or supervisory experience,
  • 3 years experience in development work preferably advocacy, organizing, organizational development or capacity building
  • 16 hours relevant training e.g. program development and implementation

One (1) Planning Officer III
CIDA - GREAT Women Project


Job Summary:
 
Participates in policy development, analysis, and advocacy; prepares position papers, guidelines and policies on GAD and legislative agenda on women; and provides technical assistance to assigned priority agencies and institutions at the national and sub-national levels with mandate to protect and promote women’s rights.

Qualification Requirements:
  • Technical expertise on GAD, analytical skills, client service, results orientation, knowledge management, coordination and networking, planning and organizing, technical writing and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Public Administration, Women in Development, Sociology, or other allied courses
  • Civil Service Eligibility for a second level position
  • With good communication skills (written and oral);
  • At least two (2) years experience in any of the following development work: advocacy, policy analysis and development, organizing and coordination
  • Eight (8) hours of relevant training in project development and management developing training modules and delivering the same.
Salary: Php 22,214 (SG 18) + Php 2,000 allowance; 
 

 
One (1) Administrative Officer V
Administrative and Finance Division

Job Summary:

The Administrative Officer V, under the direct supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer, performs HR functions including recruitment and selection; implementation of performance evaluation; training and development; wellness program; and rewards and incentives; employee assistance and support services; administration of welfare and benefits, travel and loan facilitation; annual physical check; filing of clearance; monitoring of attendance and leave providing service records, certifications and other personnel related documents/information; and interpretation and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.

Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Social or Behavioral Science, Management, Public Administration, Human Relations, Psychology or other allied courses;
  • Civil Service Eligibility for a Second Level Position;
  • With at least two (2) years experience in training and management;
  • Knowledgeable in government regulations, directives and procedures to be complied with in HR management;
  • Good in communication skills (written and oral);
  • Eight (8) hours of relevant training (Management and Supervision)

One (1) Senior Administrative Assistant III (Computer Maintenance Tech. II)
Information Resource and Management Division


Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Information Technology Officer I, the Senior Administrative Assistant III is responsible in providing ICT support/assistance, advice and responds to technical IT inquiries, diagnose and solve computer faults and problems. He/she also acts as a Jr. Network administrator handling network systems related tasks.

Qualification Requirements:
  • Highly proficient in hardware/software troubleshooting and diagnosis, knowledgeable in information technology computer systems and software, network security systems, applications, procedures and techniques (network administration), capable of managing the entire spectrum of information technology operations. With a strong background in multi-platform environment (operating systems) such as Windows & Linux, works efficiently with abstract alpha numeric systems of filing, sorting, locating and sequencing. Can formulate and establish IT strategy and policies
  • Excellent in lay-outing, packaging of visual presentations, publications and other information materials, knowledgeable in relational database management system, local area network administration,
  • With Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
  • Bachelor's degree preferably B.S. Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other ICT – related courses
  • Civil Service Eligibility for a second level position
  • With good communication skills (written and oral)
  • At least one (1) year experience in computer repair, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, software and network installation  
  • Four (4) hours of relevant training (advance computer works, local area network administration, systems development, web development and PC trouble shooting)

Salary: Php 18,292 (SG 15) + Php 2,000 allowance;

  One (1) Administrative Aide IV
Administrative and Finance Division

Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Section Head, performs general administrative-related work such as encoding; recording; filing; computing; scheduling; processing; liaising; assists in organizing activities, planning and review; and monitoring of section supplies.

Qualifications:

  • At least two (2) years in college, preferably Computer Secretarial, Office Management, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Banking and Finance or any business course;

  • Civil Service Subprofessional or relevant First Level Eligibility;

  • Proficient in secretarial work and computer applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.;

  • With background on accounting principles

Salary: Php 8,713 (SG 4) + Php 2,000 allowance;
